South Shore High School

South Shore High School provides challenging academics, therapeutic intervention and behavioral support in a setting where students can progress in all aspects of school functioning. In a setting with skilled special education teachers, experienced behavioral support team, and licensed clinical social workers, students receive support in all aspects of their education. All of the students are diagnosed with special needs and benefit from the small class size, clearly defined expectations and a comprehensive clinical component. Individual, group and family counseling are integral components of the program.

Therapeutic Services Available

Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Counseling

Parent Support Program: Regular communication with parents. Family support is available throughout the year from members of the educational and clinical team.

Additional Program Information: Asperger’s Syndrome services.
