Campus Academy Foundations for Life Program

The primary goal of the Foundations for Life Program is to support students who have completed high school in obtaining the greatest level of independence possible in their home community.

The program curriculum includes:

  • Identifying vocational interests and skills
  • Searching and applying for jobs
  • Interviewing skills
  • Working with a vocational counselor to obtain volunteer or paid work opportunities
  • Preparation for college
  • Dual enrollment program that allows eligible students to take 1-2 courses per semester in local community colleges
  • Independent/community living skills development
  • Pragmatic social skills development through group lessons and real-life application. Students work closely with SEEM clinicians on developing strategies on social-emotional and mental health issues

Therapeutic Services Available

Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Counseling, Wraparound Therapy

Parent Support Program: Students & their families have access to Wraparound services.
