STARTS Program (Short Term Assessment and Return to School)

STARTS provides a 45 school day educational and psychological assessment within a therapeutic day school setting for students who are having serious difficulties in their school and require evaluation and recommendations. Personnel from the STARTS program will work with each public school educational team to assist with the transition back to the student’s home school.

Therapeutic Services Available

Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Counseling, Adaptive Physical Education (APE)

Parent Support Program: Ongoing communication with parents during evaluation period.

Additional Program Information: Asperger’s Syndrome services.
